We will only disclose your details to parties where it is necessary for them to receive such details as to carry out a request submitted by yourself. For example we may provide your details to one or more of our drivers so that they can complete the journey with you, which you booked using our website or app.

We may also disclose your information if we are required to do so by any law or other regulatory or government authority.

This website may contain links to third party websites that are not subject to this privacy policy. We recommend that you read the privacy policy of any such websites that you visit.

We use all reasonable precautions to keep the information disclosed to us secure. However, we cannot guarantee the security of the information that you disclose to us. You accept the inherent risks of providing information and dealing on-line and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.

This website may make use of ‘cookies’ and statistical tracking software. Cookies are small text files that are stored by the browser on the hard drive of your computer in order to enhance your browsing experience or aid in the tracking of user navigation. Cookies can be deleted from your hard drive or you can configure your web browser so that it rejects cookies. Terms & Conditions

All and any business under taken by Surrey Airport Transfer Company shall be transacted solely on the conditions herein set out. Each condition shall be deemed to be incorporated in and shall be a condition of any agreement between Surrey Airport Transfer Company and the client.

Surrey Airport Transfer Company acceptance of clients order is conditional on the client agreeing to contract subject to these terms and conditions of sale to the exclusion of all others.

By placing a booking with Surrey Airport Transfer Company for services the client is presumed to have agreed these terms and conditions of sale without modification. The unenforceability or invalidity of one or more of these terms and conditions or part thereof shall not affect the enforceability or validity of any term and condition or remainder thereof.

Surrey Airport Transfer reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time, at its own discretion and without giving any prior notice to the Passenger. Such revised Terms and Conditions shall be posted on the Company’s website and it is the sole responsibility of the Passenger to ensure that they have read the latest version of the Terms and Conditions.

When a car is hired for a week or a longer period, whilst every endeavour will be made for the hirer to retain the car and driver during such a period the Company reserves the right to substitute any other car or driver according to the exigencies of the service.

Reservations made for Services on selected days during Christmas holidays (on 24, 25 and 26 December), as well as on 31 December and 1 January shall be subject to a surcharge of 50% on the standard price, which will be quoted at the booked time.

The Company expressly prohibits any persons other than their own drivers from driving their Vehicles.

The price of the Services shall be the quotation received by the Passenger from the Company, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing between the Company and the Passenger.

The driver will drive at reasonable speeds according to his judgement of road conditions and traffic at any particular time.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their luggage is loaded/unloaded from the vehicle at all times if accompanying their luggage. The Company and/or its drivers (including any contracted or sub-contracted drivers) have the right to refuse the Passenger or to make journey due to the Passenger having excess luggage, which would result in the vehicle being unsafe whilst in motion.

The waiting time for all airport collections shall be free for the first 45 minutes from the time of landing, whereby additional free waiting time can be requested at the time of booking. Thereafter the Passenger will be charged at a rate of £9.00 for every 15 minutes. No additional charge shall be incurred for flight delays.

We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to flight departure to allow for possible unpredicted delays on route to or from the airport. Surrey Airport Transfer Company will not take responsibility for any passengers missing their flight if two hours check in time was not allowed.

You will manually receive a ‘Journey Details’ email when the journey has been assigned to a driver. This will contain the pick-up instructions and the driver’s contact details.

No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.

If your flight has any serious delays please inform us or the driver as soon as possible.

Prices are calculated manually with the distance, time of travel and amount of passengers traveling taken into consideration. We reserve the right to provide an upgraded car type from the original selected if your chosen vehicle is unavailable.

Any Airport Parking, Bridge Tolls and London Congestion Charge are not included in the in quotes. The driver will ask you for the money or we can take this from your card if you prefer.

Any amendment must be made via an email or by telephone to us to which you will receive an email confirming the amendment. Amendments must not be made with your driver.

All bookings must be made through the office via the website, telephone or e-mail. In this way confirmations are sent out and the journey is insured. It is against the law for private hire drivers to accept journeys directly. Bookings must be made through an Operator.

Surrey Airport Transfer Company will accept any cancellation made prior to dispatching a driver/car for the journey. The cancellation must be made via an email/telephone number to which you will receive confirmation by us.

If you do not receive an email from Surrey Airport Transfer Company confirming the cancellation we have not received it. In this case please call 01428 60 29 92 or text 07482 927 800. Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

No refund is made if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys.

No refund is made for cancellation of a booking which already a driver/car has been dispatched for the journey.

All other circumstances where a refund may be possible should be addressed directly with Surrey Airport Transfer Company.

Any pick-ups, drop-offs and other diversions shall be subject to a minimum charge of £10 pounds sterling per diversion/stop.

When a hirer desires to travel to a particular place, the driver will, unless specifically otherwise instructed by the Company travel by the route which is, in his opinion, the best and most convenient for motoring. Whether the route is the shortest or not, and no allowance will be made to the hirer on the ground that the route adopted is not actually the shortest.

A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed, but luggage which in the opinion of the driver amounts to an excessive weight will not be carried. The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the car, unless the loss or damage is a result of negligence by the Company.

The Company shall not be liable to the Passenger or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in delivery or in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the Company’s obligations in relation to the Services, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the Company’s reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Wars
  • Civil disturbances and conflicts
  • Any acts and regulations introduced by the governmental authority (or the de facto equivalent),
  • Power failure and comparable system breakdowns,
  • Strikes and any other industrial actions,
  • Traffic accidents and hold-ups,
  • Flight delays and cancellations

The Company will not carry in its vehicles any of the items listed below:

  • Hazardous and illegal substances
  • Pets and other animals (other than registered Guide Dogs for the visually impaired)
  • Large quantities of cash
  • Any alcoholic beverages

The Company reserves the right to disallow any additional items at its own discretion, If the Company and/or its drivers (including any contracted or sub-contracted drivers) refuse to provide the Services to the Passenger, due to the Passenger carrying the items listed above cancellation fees shall apply and thereafter the Contract shall be deemed terminated.

Neither the Company nor its drivers (whether contracted or sub-contracted) shall assume any responsibility for any loss or damage to the unaccompanied luggage transported in its vehicles. If the driver is unable to deliver such unaccompanied luggage to the designated recipient, for the reasons beyond his/her control, the driver will return the luggage to our head office, whereby storage and related delivery fees may apply.

Any damage to vehicles caused by passengers due to soiling, breakage or any other cause to the similar effect is chargeable at the minimum rate of 100 pounds sterling or more if the driver considers the damage to be greater. This charge is payable in cash, directly to the driver and is over and above the price for the Services quoted by the Company for the booking.

The Company reserves the right to invoice the client with a charge unless a cancellation has been received before allocation of vehicle to the driver/chauffeur and car.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law.

You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
